Anti-SPAM Firewall

The purpose of this communication is to clear-up any questions concerning the Anti-SPAM solution we are utilizing. The issue has to do with bona-fide senders having mail rejected by our Barracuda Anti-Spam Filter.

If a sender's e-mail is rejected by our SPAM filter, they will receive the following response to their e-mail:

From: Barracuda Spam Firewall [mailto:postmaster@domain.com]
Sent: Thursday, March 22, 2007 5:36 PM
To: someone@myemailbounced.com
Subject: **Message you sent blocked by our bulk email filter**

Your message to: employee@domain.com was blocked by our Spam Firewall. The email you sent with the following subject has NOT BEEN DELIVERED:

Subject: Sample Blocked E-mail

---------------- end of example -------------------

If you have issues with the blocking of a bona-fide sender's e-mails, please let me know their e-mail address. I will place them on the whitelist and their e-mails will get thru the spam filter.

Likewise, there is a blacklist that we can utilize to block any spammer e-mail addresses.
