We propose a Campus Voice Over IP (VOIP) Assessment to the client to provide a site survey and detailed due diligence on the client’s telephony migration to VOIP architecture.

Campus VoIP Implementation Assessment Justification

The client requested that we perform a VOIP Implementation Study in preparation for the client’s telephony migration to VOIP architecture. We routinely assists others in replacing, integrating or migrating from existing legacy voice solutions to cost-effective and highly functional VoIP solutions. We have found that the dependency and contingency planning for converged networks are more complex than for other technology projects. Thus, we will evaluate the capabilities of the client’s existing data infrastructure for supporting a VoIP deployment by conducting a thorough review of the client’s Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure, voice deployment goals, and business requirements.

Our VoIP Assessment includes analysis and testing of network systems and infrastructure by knowledgeable, certified engineers. Moreover, we will also be evaluating and quantifying the current carrier services, cabling and closet facilities, power and HVAC systems.
